Sleep Class

Sleep Class 4-18 Months

An in depth, self paced, 10 chapter, video course consisting of everything you need to know to set your baby up for healthy sleep habits from 4-18 months

Including:

  • The background on sleep, it's importance and the benefits of sleep training

  • How to set up a proper sleep environment

  • Product Recommendations

  • Ideal schedules based on age

  • How to teach your baby to go to sleep independently

  • Two different sleep training methods, a gentle method and an intermediate method, including instructions on how to handle bedtime, night wakings and nap time
